Meet our team
Simon used to design automotive sensors at TAG McLaren F1 before studying Viticulture at Plumpton Agricultural College in East Sussex.
Tom also studied Viticulture at Plumpton Agricultural College, graduating in 2012. Tom has also done vintages in California and New Zealand.
Adderley originally joined us as our first apprentice. She now manages the vineyard and tractor operations.
Marie joined us in early 2020 to help promote the wines. She has worked across multiple industries, recruitment, advertising, digital and luxury goods, notably fragrance and cosmetics. She is a fluent French speaker with a passion for good wine and is qualified for Level 3 WSET with distinction.
Rob joins us at bottling and harvest as well as any time that something needs fixing. Whether that is a fault with the bottling line or to fix the broken vine trimmer, no job seems beyond Rob.
Matt also joined us as an Apprentice and is now invaluable in the vineyard and the winery.
FROM VINE TO TABLE
Vineyard Tours
Our tours are special. They are given by one of the winemakers, Simon or Tom or our vineyard manager, Adderley. It includes a comprehensive, in-depth tour of both the vineyard and the winery, culminating in a wine tasting of our range of delicious wines. You will gain a fascinating insight into how commercial wine is made and get close to all the equipment.
