  • Our barrel fermented Pinot Blanc has been fermented in French Oak barrels to add texture and richness to the wine. Aromas of cream and apple lead to flavours of ripe melon and citrus on the palate. Enjoy with seafood or roast chicken.
  • Our barrel fermented Chardonnay has been fermented in French oak barrels to add a rich texture to the wine. The time spent in barrel delivers beautiful flavours of baked apple and stone fruit perfectly balanced with juicy acidity. Serve chilled with buttered scallops, white fish or creamy pasta.
