The Winery

The old farm barn at Stopham will be the winery. This would have an initial 50,000 bottle maximum capacity, rising to 100,000 over the subsequent 4 years (when a second field has been planted and comes into production).

In 2009, we took a small harvest equating to about 2000 bottles of both still and sparkling wine. This production is being done with Dermot at Wiston Estate Winery. The still wine will be ready in April 2010 and the sparkling in 2011.
